Tomaso Tech is an AI-Powered Agency OS that helps marketing agencies manage clients, content, and advertising workflows. Features include:

- Content performance monitoring across social platforms
- Integrations with third-party platforms such as TikTok, Meta, and Google
- AI-assisted tools for agency workflows
3. Accounts
- Provide accurate registration information
- Keep login credentials secure
- You are responsible for activity under your account
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal purposes
- Violate third-party rights or platform policies
- Attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the Service
- Misuse connected platform APIs, including TikTok APIs
5. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect TikTok or other platforms, your use of those platforms remains subject to their terms and policies. Tomaso Tech only accesses data you authorize, for the purpose of providing the Service.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tomaso Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
